Grand View is one of the very few breeding kennels in the country that submits their breeding dogs to DNA testing for PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy.), RD/OSD (Retinal Dysplasia/OculoSketetal Dysplasia), CNM (Labrador Centronuclear Myopathy), EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse) HNPK (Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis), DM (Degenerative Myelopathy) and SD (Skeletal Dysplasia 2). We unconditionally guarantee that our puppies will not be AFFECTED by any of the genetic disorders that we test for. Our goal is to produce healthy, genetically sound puppies while still preserving the breed's natural hunting abilities, instincts, trainability and temperament. Labrador retriever's are loyal, highly intelligent and easily trained. They seek approval from their humans. They can be furiously protective especially of children. Some Labs are snugglers. Most labs are highly food motivated. They make a wonderful family pet, companion, and are used as a service animal often because of their intelligence.

is our newest stud. We are really excited about having a chocolate milk stud this year. Our plan with Grandview Farms is to produce more chocolates than we produce yellows or blacks.❤️ having said that we will continue to produce both American and English in 2025
